Handmade Frames

Each frame is handmade to order, combining your bespoke specifications with my signature aesthetic. You can choose the material, colour and finish, depending on the artwork itself and considering the setting in which you will hang the piece. Oak frames complement the high-key images, while metal frames without glass echo the contemporary tone of the Cycladic Light and Construction works. The photographs is presented in a minimalistic shadow box frame without glass, allowing the tactile surface of the Hahnemühle Bamboo paper to remain visible and breathe naturally. The matte texture of the paper enhances the soft luminosity of the Cycladic whites and blues, while the shadow box depth gives the piece quiet dimensionality. The clean, architectural framing complements the purity of form and light within the composition.
